We operate from two physical locations and provide mobile services throughout our service areas:

2.2 Service Availability

3. Booking and Appointments

3.1 Quote Requests

When you request a quote through our Site or by phone, we will provide an estimate based on the information you provide. Quotes are estimates only and may be subject to change based on actual inspection of your vehicle and the work required.

3.2 Appointment Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or in person. We will confirm your appointment via phone, email, or text message. Same-day appointments are subject to availability.

3.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Customer Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Our Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to technician unavailability, parts shortages, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to contact you as soon as possible to reschedule.

3.4 Mobile Service

For mobile services, you must provide a safe, accessible location for our technicians to perform the work. You are responsible for ensuring adequate parking, electrical access (if required), and weather-protected space when necessary. If conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for service, we reserve the right to reschedule or relocate the service to one of our shop locations.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be determined based on:

  • The actual condition of your vehicle and required repairs
  • Parts and materials needed
  • Labor costs
  • Any additional services requested

We provide upfront quotes with no hidden fees. Any changes to the quoted price will be communicated to you before work begins.

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance
  • We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and approved insurance payments
  • For insurance claims, you are responsible for paying any deductible or non-covered amounts

4.3 Insurance Claims

We work with all major insurance providers. When you file a claim through us:

5. Warranties and Guarantees

5.1 Lifetime Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our work with a lifetime workmanship warranty that covers:

  • Other workmanship-related issues

This warranty covers the original customer only and is non-transferable.

5.2 Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does NOT cover:

5.3 Glass and Parts

Glass and parts are covered by manufacturer warranties. Any claims for defective glass or parts will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

5.4 ADAS Calibration

ADAS calibration services are performed according to manufacturer specifications using certified equipment. We warrant that calibrations are performed correctly, but we cannot warrant the ongoing functionality of your vehicle’s ADAS systems, which may be affected by other vehicle issues or damage.

5.5 Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim:

  • Contact us as soon as you notice an issue
  • Provide your service receipt or invoice number
  • Allow us to inspect the issue
  • We will repair or replace any workmanship defects at no charge

6. Customer Responsibilities

6.1 Vehicle Condition

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are the owner of the vehicle or have authorization to have it serviced
  • The vehicle is in safe operating condition (aside from glass damage)
  • You have disclosed all relevant damage or conditions that may affect our services
  • The vehicle is safe for our technicians to work on

6.2 Post-Service Care

After service, you must:

  • Follow all care instructions provided by our technicians
  • Allow adhesives to cure for the recommended time (typically 1-24 hours)
  • Avoid car washes, high-pressure water, and extreme temperatures during the curing period
  • Keep windows partially open for ventilation as recommended
  • Not remove any retention tape or materials until instructed

Failure to follow post-service care instructions may void your warranty.

6.3 Vehicle Access

For mobile services, you must:

  • Provide clear access to the vehicle
  • Remove all valuables and personal items from the vehicle
  • Ensure a safe work environment for our technicians

7. Liability and Disclaimers

7.1 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • Our total liability for any claim arising from our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service
